Payment Terms
At Amore Tours, we offer flexible and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth booking process. To confirm your tour package, an advance payment of 20% of the total package cost is required. After hotel confirmation, an additional 30% becomes due. The remaining 50% can be paid upon your arrival. Please note that airfare and train tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, and Amore Tours offers a clear and fair cancellation policy. Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the travel date will be charged 30%. If cancellation is made 4 days prior, a 70% fee applies. Cancellations within 2 days of departure will be charged 100% of the package cost. Train and flight ticket cancellations follow the policies of Indian Railways and respective airlines..
Refund Policy
At Amore Tours, we aim to provide a seamless travel experience. Room upgrades or high-category hotel availability may involve additional charges. Prices are non-commissionable and subject to change without notice. Cancellation policies follow the terms of individual hotels and service providers. Government service tax will be added to the total amount. Refunds will not be provided for events beyond our control, such as natural calamities, political unrest, or force majeure.
Reservation Policy
All bookings, including hotel rooms, train tickets, and airfares, are subject to availability at the time of booking. Your reservations will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (100%) prior to the start of your journey.

Changes to Travel Plans
We understand that plans may evolve. While we try to accommodate change requests, they must be submitted in writing, and additional charges may apply depending on feasibility and provider policies.
Disclaimer
Amore Tours reserves the right to amend or cancel travel arrangements in case of unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, or political disturbances. In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternate travel dates or refund options, prioritizing your satisfaction and safety.
